Your privacy matters to us
SS4 Fitness is run by Lewis Inabinet-Lewis, a personal trainer based in Hamilton, New Zealand. This policy explains how we collect, use and look after your personal information when you fill in one of our forms, including forms on Facebook and Instagram. We follow the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
1. What we collect
When you fill in our form, we may collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- The type of coaching you’re interested in (online or in person)
- Your preferred gym
- Your main training goal
- When you’d like to start
We don’t ask for health information on the form. If it’s relevant to your training, we’ll talk about it with you directly.
2. How we use it
We use your information to:
- Get in touch about the coaching you asked about
- Book and run your free consult
- Send you appointment reminders by text or email
- Send you training tips and offers, only if you’ve agreed to receive them
3. How we store and protect it
Your details are stored in our customer management system, which is password protected and only accessible to SS4 Fitness. We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and only keep it for as long as we need it.
4. Who we share it with
We don’t sell or trade your information. We only share it with service providers who help us run the business, such as our customer management and messaging tools, and our marketing agency, Black Box Marketing. They’re required to keep it confidential.
5. Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to a text or clicking unsubscribe in an email.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be at this link.

About this website.
This section covers these pages at www.ss4fitness.co.nz: the enquiry form and the tools that measure how the pages are used. We follow the Privacy Act 2020 and its 13 Information Privacy Principles, which cover how we collect, store, use, share and correct personal information.
What we collect
- When you book: your first name, email and phone, how and when you’d like to start training, your main goal, your preferred gym, and your contact consent.
- Automatically: your device and browser, the pages you view, the ad or link that brought you here, and whether you play a video or tap our phone number or email. This uses cookies and similar tools from the platforms below.
We use this to get your call booked, contact you about it, and work out which ads and pages are useful. We don’t sell your information, and you can tell us to stop contacting you at any time.
Platforms we use
Each one handles your information under its own privacy policy. They’re all based in, or store data in, the United States, so your information may be held overseas. We only use providers we reasonably believe protect it to a standard comparable to New Zealand law.

You can block cookies in your browser, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on (opens in a new tab), and manage your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences (opens in a new tab). The pages still work.
Keeping and protecting it
We only keep your details for as long as we need them to follow up your enquiry and, if you become a client, to coach you. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months. We use secure, access-controlled systems and encrypted connections.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing lewislewis2388@gmail.com. We’ll respond within 20 working days, and it’s free. If you’re not happy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell us first. Using these pages
These pages give general information about SS4 Fitness coaching. They’re not medical advice. If you have a health condition or injury, check with your doctor or physio before starting a new training programme. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for decisions made from this general information alone. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
